DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

FBGrab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent.

1. Important context

FBGrab does not host, store or distribute user-uploaded videos. The Service acts as a downloader that retrieves publicly available media from Facebook at the user's request. Takedown notices concerning the original source content should generally be directed to Facebook.

If you believe FBGrab is nonetheless facilitating access to material that infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

2. Submitting a takedown notice

To be effective, your written notice must include the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on our site or the URL(s) of the original Facebook content.
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Where to send notices

Send the notice to our designated DMCA agent at dmca@mp3snap.click. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the material removed and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for users who are the subject of repeated infringement notices.

6. False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please do not make false claims.
