These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FBGrab (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

FBGrab is a free web tool that lets you download publicly available videos, Reels, Stories and Live streams from Facebook by pasting their public URL. The Service does not host, store or distribute video content on its own servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using FBGrab, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

3. Permitted use

  • Use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Only download content that is publicly available.
  • Only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed to you, or for which you have express permission from the rights holder.

4. Prohibited use

  • Downloading private, restricted or login-protected content.
  • Downloading or redistributing copyrighted content without the necessary rights.
  • Reselling, rebranding or automating the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfering with the Service, its infrastructure, or attempting to bypass rate limits and security measures.
  • Using the Service in a way that violates Facebook's Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual property

FBGrab does not claim any ownership of the media you download through the Service. All rights in that media remain with the original creators and rights holders. The FBGrab name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please review our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBGrab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FBGrab harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of FBGrab resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
